I'm Amanda - creator of the Strong and Sassy programme. I am a degree qualified nutritionist and coach with over 10 years experience.
I educate women about the importance of health and wellness, so they can live a sustainable, healthy and balanced lifestyle. I help women become super confident, strong and happy within themselves.
Not just another online programme
I provide habits based nutrition coaching for women who want to quit yo yo dieting and create a long term sustainable life style change. I empower these women by giving them the tools and knowledge they need in order to live a long and healthy life. This knowledge along with mindset support from our in house mindset coach - empowers women to become the healthiest, fittest and most confident version of themselves.
I have built a community of like minded women who share their experiences with each other and support each others' journey.

IS THERE A MEAL PLAN INCLUDED?
No. I do however provide a meal guide for meal ideas and options as well as recipes. I use a habits based approach to nutrition - not a meal plan.
DO YOU DO LIVE WORKOUTS?
No. I focus on resistance based training with a goal of increasing strength and lean muscle tissue. All programming is tailored to the individual.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are different options available depending on your goals/budget etc. What's more important to me - is that you are the 'right fit' and vice versa.
